County of Santa Clara, CA home sale stats, ending June 2011
The first chart is for single family homes. What it means, (Single Family Dwelling or SFD) is that it does not share walls of common property. So you in face own all four corners of the lot and the home and have no common ownership with other dwellings.
The number if listings are still increasing, with the pendings starting to decrease. We will have to see how they do this month to see if they increase or decrease. Sales are starting to rise with a moderate gain.
This second chart is all about condos and town homes here in the county... It can also be called CID or Common Interest Developments.
The number if listings has dropped from the high at the middle of last year. We will have to see how they do this month to see if they increase or decrease. Pendings are holding flat, showing more pendings tham listings which could mean a strong market for holding prices steady. Sales are remaining flat with a slight increase lat month.
